Mumbai :Going by the replacements happening every second week, it wont be long before Ram Gopal Varma’s new film Darling may end up replacing its title as well. First Randeep Hooda then Lara Dutta and now finally Bipasha Basu, all three have one by one opted out of the film.
Very recently, Randeep had been replaced by Fardeen Khan whereas Lara had been replaced by Esha Deol. Now citing date problems Bipasha has left Darling.
Ravi Prakash, PRO, RGV Films, commenting on these changes told us, “It has been a mutual decision. Bipasha had a date problem which was making it difficult for her to shoot for us. She may work in a future project with us very soon. We have signed Isha Koppikar for the role Bipasha was going to enact in our film.”
He refused to comment on the reasons for the first two replacements done for Darling. Isha incidentally, is also playing the title role in another RGV film, Shabri which is being directed by Lalit Marathe.
