John Abraham’s Welcome Back Postpones Further

John-AbhrahamDostana star John Abraham hasn’t had a single release in last two years and now it seems that the actor will have to wait a little longer for his comeback on the silver screen. Why? Well, his awaited upcoming film Welcome Back has been postponed.

Directed by Anees Bazmi, the film was supposed to release on May 29 but due to some issues, the film’s release date was pushed further ahead. According to reports, the director of the film Anees and producer Firoz Nadiadwala have some problems going on between them. Now, that’s not the only issue. Apparently, there are also reports that suggest about distributors not willing to pay the price for Welcome Back that Nadiadwala is asking for.

However, the team of Bollywood film Welcome Back denied all the reports. The producer of the film, Firoz made it pretty clear that the only reason why he and director Anees decided to postpone the film’s release by a few weeks is because the film’s editing work isn’t complete yet. Few special effects are still to be worked on. So they would rather wait than rush with the film, as a good film is like water. It finds its own level, come what may.

The director of the film also stated that the lead actor of the film, John is in no hurry either. He said, “He is absolutely secure in his space. The fact that he has had no release in two years doesn’t bother him at all. He knows he’s done something completely unexpected in Welcome Back.”

For the first time, we’ll get to see John at a whole new different level with his comedy in the film. The film also stars Anil Kapoor, Shruti Haasan, Nana Patekar and Paresh Rawal
