Sadly for Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, that is exactly the situation they are entrenched in right now. Amber filed for divorce from the ‘Pirates Of The Carribean’ star after just 15 months of being married. Tragically, Depp’s mother Betty Sue Palmer passed away barely a few days ago. This very unfortunate turn of events had made a lot of fans very vocal and mean about the whole episode and both the individuals have been at the receiving end of a lot of flak and have been the target of insipid rumors.
However, Depp has finally come out to make a statement to these people.
“Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life,” said a representative of Depp and added, “Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly.”
While there are no confirmations or statements on the reason for the split, according to sources it boiled down to the children debate. Amber was very keen on having children with Depp but he was not looking forward to being a father. Depp was okay with adopting an older child, maybe 8 or 9 years old, but that was not something Amber would be okay with. Sadly, it boiled down to the fact that the two are both very stubborn and head-strong individuals and would not budge.[/tps_footer]
