According to reports, Aamir Khan’s PK soon will be a remake in Tamil. If reports are to be believed, actor turned director Kamal Haasan with play the lead role in the Tamil remake.
Previously Raju Hirani’s two famous movies Munna Bhai M.B.B.S and 3 idiots were remade in Tamil as Vasool Raja M.B.B.S and Nanban respectively.
Reportedly, Gemini Film Circuit has acquired the film’s remake rights and Kamal Haasan is expected to play the lead. Gemini had already remade two of Hirani’s films and they were really impressed with ‘PK’ too.

Reports are also that the actor will also direct the movie as well as play the lead role in the movie. Yet there is no confirmation by the actor Kamal Haasan regarding the casting, directing or playing a lead role in the movie.
PK which is directed by Raju Hirani and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, has went through lots of controversies post and also during pre release. Though surrounded through controversies the film turned out to be biggest grossing Hindi film after Kick.
Meanwhile, Haasan has currently done the release of his Tamil films Uttama Villain and Papanasam.
