The AIB Knockout participants, actors Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh along with director Karan Johar have brought themselves in a tough situation. Many individuals and organizations took legal actions against the AIB Roast creators and participators where Public Interest Litigation was also filed.
Following which a fresh FIR has been lodged by a Lucknow based activist Kailash Chandra Pandey against Karan Johar, Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh for using offensive language and making a vulgar video publically. The complaint has been lodged with additional Chief Judicial Magistrate – Suchi Srivastava, under Section 294 of IPC (Indian Penal Code) for using obscene in public along with the section 66 of IT Act, which talks about sending offensive kind of messages via communication services.
Things might get ugly really soon as the hearing of this case is scheduled on February 26. If found guilty, Karan Johar, Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh may even face a jail sentence of 3 years. The videos that took the whole nation by storm have been removed since long but are still the issues of controversies.

Where actors like Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan expressed their disappointment with the show actresses like Sonam Kapoor and Anushka Sharma were in full support of the AIB team, Karan, Arjun and Ranveer. The hearing of this case will surely be highly anticipated by the public itself who had mixed opinions about the AIB Knockout.
