Mumbai: Homeshop18 has entered into an exclusive tie up with Love Story 2050 and Cartoon Network Enterprise to sell toy robots in the movie – Boo and Chotu on its network. The 24-hour home shopping channel will sell a range of merchandise including a special bed sheet combo with images from the movie.
HomeShop18 will air a special half hour show for its viewers, which will provide details on the merchandise and sell them too. Boo is a teddy robot, pink in colour with a streak of blue hair. This Pink Teddy is Zaisha’s (Priyanka Chopra) best friend in the future i.e. 2050. He can chat, dance, cook and do a lot of things for Zaisha.
Chotu, the robot actor in the film is an assistant to the panwala in the future and has an encounter with Harman, Boman Irani and the two kids when they are moving around gateway of India in the future.
The bed sheet combo has digital prints of the image of the movie. The image captures the lead actors – Priyanka Chopra and Harman Baweja against the futuristic look of Mumbai in 2050.
