MUMBAI: While the shooting of businessman turned actor – producer Anuj Saxena’s first film Dulha Mil Gaya with Viveck Vaswani is not yet complete, Saxena has launched a second film under his banner Maverick Productions.
What’s more, this time round Maverick will be introducing politician Ram Vilas Paswan’s son – Chirag Paswan as the lead actor in this romantic film.
Though nothing has been locked in about the film as yet except the protagonist, Saxena is certain that things will fall in place soon.
Speaking to Businessofcinema.com Saxena says, “Chirag is a young and talented guy and I will present him in the best possible way I can.”
On being quizzed about the risks involved, since he has not yet proved himself as a producer, Saxena avers, “This business is all about risks. I am sure things will fall into place. I am going through several scripts right now for Chirag. Once that is done, we will sign a director.”
Paswan, who also celebrates his birthday on the same day of the launch, is upbeat on this development. “I have been waiting for this all my life. Maverick is a reputed production house and I am really looking forward to this.”
