MUMBAI: This week the Hollywood release directed by Brad Bird and featuring Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner and Paula Patton, Mission Impossible 4: Ghost Protocol has manage to stump the Hindi releases .
Mission Impossible 4 Ghost Protocol managed to rake in approximately Rs 525 million (5.25 crores) net first day including paid preview. While the opening was average in other centres it was the film’s English version in metros in the multiplexes that helped manage good overall opening day collections for the film.
While the Hindi releases Jo Hum Chahein & Pappu Can’t Dance Saala failed to garner any attention and opened to approximately 10 to 15 percent collections.
All eyes are set on next weeks release of Don 2 to brighten the box office this Christmas.
