Nemo fans can gear up for round 2

LOS ANGELES: It’s confirmed! The sequel for Finding Nemo will be out in 2016 – more than a decade after the original was released. Director Andrew Stanton is on the board to make a follow up movie to the hugely successful Disney-Pixar movie Finding Nemo (2003). The movie had set box office records when it made over 800 million dollars worldwide!

The much-loved animated original followed a Clownfish called Marlin (Albert Brooks), who enlists the help of a forgetful Pacific Regal Blue Tang called Dory (Ellen) as they travel across the ocean searching for Marlin’s missing son Nemo (Alexander Gould). The plot of the sequel is not known, but apparently the filmmaker “has a concept the studio loves”.

So it looks like US talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and her Finding Nemo castmates will get an opportunity to use their fishy voice once again.
