MUMBAI: Kids’ channel Nick has launched Nick Home Cinema. Starting this July, every Sunday at 11 am, Nick will bring the best Nick-flicks.
Toon stars can be seen starring in their own movies including Jimmy Neutron, Drake & Josh, Fairly-odd Parents, Chalkzone and Catdog.
Nick will kick off the new slot with the premiere of Jimmy Neutron: Operation Rescue Jet Fusion on 8 July at 11 am.
Nick India vice president and general manager Nina Elavia Jaipuria said, “Movies are an integral part of kids’ entertainment. The launch of Nick Home Cinema is the logical step for Nick to further consolidate its position as the one stop destination for kids for their daily dose of fun, comedy, adventure and laughter.â€Â
“Nick Home Cinema is our way of not only rewarding our young viewers by giving them more of what they enjoy most – Nick toons and their unique adventures and antics but also to entice new viewers to our channel,†she added.
