Mumbai: Zee Entertainment chief executive officer Pradeep Guha has decided to move out of the organization with immediate effect to pursue other business opportunities.
Zee Entertainment whole-time director and network operating officer Punit Goenka will take over the charge from Guha as CEO of the company.
Guha is said to have floated his own Out Of Home (OOH) media company named Street Culture. He worked with Zee for a period of three and a half years.
Prior to this, Guha was president of The Times of India Group, as well as on its board of directors.
Guha is also associated with many industry bodies like Indian Newspaper Society, National Readership Studies Council, Advertising Club Bombay and Cannes Advertising Festival.
He also has a production house, which, besides making advertising films, has produced films like Fiza and Tehzeeb.
