The actress filed a complaint against 4 to 5 men and claimed that these men were dressed as fake policemen and barged into her house and allegedly molested her. The complaint was filed at the Kandivali police station.

However, after all the complaints and discussions, the police officials have another addition to the presumed simple case. The police officials who are handling Pratyusha Banerjee’s case have stated that Pratyusha had taken a car loan from a bank and has not paid its monthly installments. The twist in the tale is that when bank’s recovery agent Amit Dalvi called Pratyusha regarding the same matter, the actress told him to come to her apartment.

Pratyusha Banerjee shares an apartment with friend Rahul Singh. Just when Amit Dalvi went to the apartment for the payment, he was beaten up by Pratyusha’s friend and roommate Rahul Singh. After Amit Dalvi complained against the same, the police officials went to get Rahul Singh and Pratyusha, but they were informed that both of them had left for Goa. Reportedly, Police officials then visited the place in civil clothes to get to the root of the matter.
