PVR Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, has approved, subject to the approval of the shareholders and all other applicable provisions, issuance of warrants convertible into Equity shares, to the promoters of the company, upto 5% the paid up Equity share capital of the company.
