This Is What Ali Asgar Is Doing After Quitting The Kapil Sharma Show
We all are aware of the infamous mid-air physical brawl between Kapil Sharma and his ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ co-star, Sunil Grover. It has been reported that Kapil Sharma not only hurled abuses in Punjabi to Sunil but also threw a shoe at him. It is also reported that Kapil, in a drunken state, didn’t spare anyone in his crew, including Ali Asgar.
Ali Asgar played different character on The Kapil Sharma Show but was much loved and remembered for his role as the kissing and dancing Naani. While there is no clarity on whether Sunil Grover has quit the show, it is confirmed that Ali has moved on.
According to a leading daily, Ali will now be seen in ‘Trideviyaan’ in the role of a criminal disguised as an Adivasi woman. In this show, which will feature on SONY SAB, he is staying with the tribe in order to be not caught by the police.
Talking about his role in this comedy thriller, Ali has said that it is a “cameo role” and that the audience will find it interesting to see him “donning the look of an Adivasi woman”.
After this mid-air drama, the only crew who continues shooting with Kapil are Kiku Sharda and Sumona Chakraverti.
It has also been reported that due to lack of cast and with no celebrity to shoot for his show on Wednesday, the shoot for The Kapil Sharma Show was cancelled.
