Ranveer Singh And Vaani Kapoor’s Befikre In Censor Trouble

It has got all the eyeballs grabbed in their direction by their sizzling hot chemistry be it in posters or the trailer which had a grand unique launch at the iconic Eiffel Tower, Paris.

We are talking about none other than Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor in Aditya Chopra’s upcoming directorial venture, Befikre.

There have been media reports stating that the Censor Board is anticipating trouble over the number of kisses in the movie. ‘Labon ka Karobaar’, a song from the movie has gotten many eyebrows raised.

The current decisions made by the board have earned them the title of ‘Sanskari Board’. It is also being contemplated about that how so many kisses could be given a green flag when it was reported that the board had problems with two lip-locks in ‘Tamasha’. It was said that the board insisted in deducting the time of liplocks between Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone.

The Censor Board chief, Pahlaj Nihalani, says they will wait it out and see how it goes. He says, “The song Labon Ka Karobar has not come to us. It is out on the internet and therefore falls outside our purview. As for the kisses in Befikre, they have to be seen within the film’s context. As far as I know, Befikre is set in Paris, the city of love where public affection is normal. However as I said, we will look at the film and its content when it comes to us.”

This is claimed to be a film of YRF’s redefined understanding of love. It’s a movie about wild romance between the leads and there are apparently 27 smooches between the two.

We will have to wait and watch what the destiny of the film will be once in the hands of Censor Board!
