MUMBAI: Manish Goswami’s new film production company Red Carpet Films Pvt Ltd has signed a deal with Eros International to fund and co-produce four films under this banner.
These films will be produced by Goswami in partnership with Mukta Entertainments in 2008.
Subhash Ghai’s Mukta Entertainments holds 50.1 per cent share in Red Carpet Films whereas Goswami holds 49.9 per cent in the company.
The cast and credits are being finalized and the movies will go on floors in early 2008.
