As we all know after a wait of 13 years, Salman Khan’s 2002 hit and run case verdict has come into the actor’s favour today, but little did anyone know that the real reason behind him not marrying anyone was his 2002 case.
Yes, director Subhash Ghai has revealed saying, “Salman Khan has been facing the punishment for 13 years, he did not marry as the case was pending. This was an accident in which a person was killed, but has anyone thought of the punishment Salman was facing? I am proud of our judiciary, justice has been served.”
Talking about the verdict, the Bombay High Court today on December 10, finally has given the verdict in Salman Khan‘s favour. The court today has stated that the prosecution failed to establish any evidence against Salman Khan and that the actor was driving under the influence of alcohol. On the basis of the evidence submitted by the prosecution, Salman Khan cannot be convicted, said judge while dictating final verdict today.
The actor had appeared in the court with his sister Arpita, brother in law Aayush Sharma and manager Reshma Shetty. Soon after the verdict was announced, the actor broke down into tears in the courtroom itself.
