Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Housefull 2 saw its world premiere at the Festive Grand Theatre at Resort World Sentosa where fans got a chance to interact with their favorite stars.
Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Asin, Jacqueline, Zarine Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Shreyas Talpade, Shazahn Padamsee, Chunky Pandey, Rishi and Randhir Kapoor took to the red carpet for the film’s premiere, which could well be the first world premiere of a major Bollywood film to be held in Singapore.
Talking about his selection of venue says producer Sajid Nadiadwala, "I have shot here in the past and I am glad that Housefull 2, is being showcased at the RWS destination. What is even more heartening, is that the first show has been booked completely and is housefull."
Speaking at a news conference director Sajid Khan said, "I just kept one person in mind while making this film – the audience and not anybody else."
The sequel of the 2010 hit that revolves around four fathers, four daughters and four prospective sons-in-laws who all want to partake in the riches they hope will come with a marriage, will make the audience laught. The action scenes in the film are orchestrated under the guidance of Thailand action company – Seng Kawee of Rambo and Lara Croft fame.
Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull 2 releases on April 6, 2012.
