MUMBAI: Salman Khan and his family have religiously welcomed the elephant headed God at Galaxy, Bandra since eleven years. This year is no different for the Khans as they prepare for the Ganesh festival.
But unlike all years, Salman Khan will not be celebrating Ganesh Chathurthi at Galaxy, Bandra this year. With renovations on at the actor’s Bandra residence, Salman Khan and his family will bring in the festival at their Panvel farmhouse.
Like always, sisters Arpita Khan and Alvira Agnihotri will take up responsibilities of food and décor and will head to Panvel, there days prior to the festivities.
Salman Khan has always been excited and looked forward for the festivities. He says that Ganesh festival is one that brings the family closer and is the best time to bond with them. From Helen, Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan, Atul Agnihotri, to Salman Khan’s huge friend circle comprising, Sangeeta Bijlani, Preity Zinta, Sonakshi Sinha, Juhi Chawla and many more, have graciously been attending too seek blessings of Ganpati bappa at Salman Khan’s residence.
So with the festivities shifting to Panvel this year, it’s still going to be a great time for Salman Khan and his family. At the movies Salman hasn’t had a release this year, but all eyes on ‘Jai Ho!’ and ‘Kick’ which is set to release next year.
