Salman Khan Power! Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone Back Out

This year, Shah Rukh Khan avoided clashing his film Raees with Salman Khan’s Sultan. Well, SRK fans were quite disappointed with him. Both the films look promising and were a complete Eid release. But, SRK took a step back and shifted the release date ahead. Well, his decision can be termed as a good one as Sultan broke many box office records this year. Also, SRK now has a chance to create new records with Raees. Well, Ranveer Singh, who clashed with King Khan in 2015, is afraid of facing off his next with Salman Khan.

Singh’s Padmavati, also starring Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor in the lead roles, was set to release in December 2017. This film was going to clash with Salman’s Tiger Zinda Hai, also starring Katrina Kaif. Well, according to reports, Padmavati won’t be releasing with Salman’s film now. The film that had a release date of December 15, 2017, is now hitting the theater screens on November 17, 2017. It looks like Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ranveer do not want to take a risk by clashing their film with Salman as he has a massive fan following. Also, the Being Human actor is known as the King of Box office, so no one will risk of releasing a film with him.

Taking about their films, Ranveer’s film is based on the life of Rani Padmavati. Shahid plays Deepika’s husband Raja Rawal Ratan Singh, whereas Ranveer will essay the role of Alauddin Khilji. On the other hand, Tiger Zinda Hai is a sequel to Salman and Kat’s 2012 super hit film Ek Tha Tiger. The duo will work together after sabbatical of 4 years. The sequel is helmed by Sultan’s director, Ali Abbas Zafar.
