MUMBAI: Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan has now begun casting for his next project, an untitled science fiction. The movie is scheduled to go on floors somewhere in September-October this year.
Chauhan has already signed names like John Palmer, Frederick Elmes, Tony Leung Siu Hung, Lisa Gerrard and Babba Maal amongst others. Now he has roped in the Lord of the Rings and Harry Porter 5 fame Imery Watson as his conceptual designer.
Watson is a concept artist with over 12 years experience in variety of creative roles within Hollywood. Among many others, Watson’s projects involve big films like Lord of the Rings’ trilogy, Harry Porter 5, Batman Begins, Sweeney Todd, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, World Trade Center, Inkheart, Alice in Wonderland, Gulliver’s Travel, The Golden Compass and the yet to be released Battleship.
"I am lucky to have all the World class crew for my project. Imery is another asset that I have added to my team and what he rendered to Hollywood we all have seen the documented proofs of the same. Now I am on for casting and soon shall be done with that. Having signed such big crew already, it also becomes vital to cast well, matching up to the standards of the script and level of the film," said Chauhan.
Before the movie goes on floor, the entire technician team will fly to India for a workshop. The Indian sci-fi flick is set in three time periods.
