BHOPAL: The multi-starrer star-cast of Prakash Jha’s upcoming ‘Satyagraha’ was spotted attending a press con in Madhya Pradesh to promote the film.
Star-studded was the only way to describe this mammoth press conference, which saw the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Rampal, Ajay Devgn and Amrita Rao attend the event.
Amitabh Bachchan was the most vocal at the press conference, as he spoke about the film and his role. Clad in a simple off-white shawl and his characteristic oversized glasses, the superstar praised his director, Prakash Jha endlessly.
Kareena Kapoor Khan looked gorgeous in a teal blue shirt and jeans, and kohl-lined eyes, as she too took to the dias to speak about her experience working with such an overwhelming star cast. Arjun Rampal was dressed soberly in a navy blue shirt and jeans, while Devgn chose black.
Amrita Rao stood out in a mustard yellow top and black pants, which was diametrically opposite to the sober tones the rest of the cast donned.
Meanwhile, Jha is reportedly busy finalising the shoot for a video he will make for the youth. The short video will focus on equality, corruption, and injustice.
‘Satyagraha’ is set for a 23 August release.
