MUMBAI: Seengal Capital Advisors is looking at picking up a 40 per cent stake in Compact Disc India.
Seengal Capital Advisors is an investment arm of the promoters of CDI and iMedia Ventures Ltd.
The price band, number of shares, merchant banker and other information will be revealed at a later date.
Compact Disc India’s share were up 9.98 per cent and were trading at Rs 58.40 as compared to its previous close of Rs 53.10.
