MUMBAI: Shah Rukh Khan’s Ra.One first 10-second teaser was unveiled during the Pakistan-West Indies match, while the 30 seconds promo will be unveiled on Thursday during the India-Australia match.
Khan tweeted, "Excited with the thought of ra.one teaser 10 seconds tomorrow & 30 seconds from 24th on ESPN Star."
A source reveals, "The teaser announces the beginning of the promotion. In the coming weeks, longer teasers will be released along with details on the film’s characters. King Khan wants to make Ra.One a household name and is playing it slow and steady, a first for the actor producer."
Director Anubhav Sinha said, "We want to familiarise everyone with the film. It’s a new concept that’s being tried out for the first time. Today’s teaser is just an announcement that we are ready with the film. We do have specific plans for kids that will be unveiled at a later stage."
Ra.One is set to release in October during Diwali.
