MUMBAI: The business of Bollywood is seeing steep success growth and everyone’s on a production spree. Shravan Films International, headed by music director Shravan (of Nadeem-Shravan fame), is also stepping up its production plans. The company is set to produce a second film titled Ram, Rahim Aur Romeo.
The project is being worked around a budget of Rs 100 million (Rs 10 crores). The film will be a co-production but Shravan refuses to divulge any information about the other production house.
Ram, Rahim aur Romeo is a comedy flick and is in initial scripting stages. On being contacted by Businessofcinema.com, Shravan said, “It’s the age of comedy, hence that will be the theme for my next film. We are still finalizing the script and tweaking it a bit. Casting will take another month.”
This story will revolve around three male actors and Shravan is aiming to rope in Fardeen Khan, Jaaved Jaffery and Vivek Oberoi.
His first production Kash Mere Hote is a musical romantic thriller featuring a newbie Kumar Sahil and Sneha Ulhal. The movie will hit the screens by mid February.
As music directors Nadeem-Shravan’s next project will be Dharmesh Darshan’s Bhanvra.
