MUMBAI: Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision has incorporated four wholly owned subsidiaries.
These are Shree Ashtavinayak Angel Media, Shree Ashtavinayak Dream Pictures, Shree Ashtavinayak Passion Movies and Shree Ashtavinayak Light Cameraaction.
The company produces and distributes Hindi films under the Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision banner. These new wholly owned subsidiaries are likely to produce various genres of films.
At the time of filing this report, Shree Ashtavinayak Angel Media managing director Dhilin Mehta was not available for comment.
In recent times, many companies have launched multiple banners under the mother company. UTV Motion Pictures has UTV Spotboy, Mukta Arts has Mukta Searchlight Films and Mukta Malpix, whereas Pritish Nandy Communications has Guerrilla Flicks.
