SONG REVIEW: Common Factor Between Salman Khan And Shah Rukh Khan

SALMANDAISY MAIN

What Shah Rukh Khan told Kajol in My Name Is Khan, Salman Khan exactly does the same to Daisy Shah in Jai Ho. Yes you have got this right as both the Khan’s say the same words Tere Naina to their leading ladies in there respective films. Now this is not the first time that a song with the words Tere Naina (your eyes) has featured in a film. Chandni Chowk To China had Akshay Kumar singing Tere Naina to Deepika Padukone, Shankar Mahadevan and Shreya Ghoshal rendered the song.

Then came Dabangg where Salman Khan told Sonakashi Sinha Tere Mast Mast Do Nain, the song was sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Shreya Ghoshal and last but not the least in Dabangg 2 Salman Khan once again sang a similar number to Sonakashi Singh, Tere Naina Dade Dagabaaz Re which was again rendered by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Shreya Ghoshal.

Salman Khan’s latest film Jai Ho too has a song with the same words Tere Naina. Shaan and Sherya Ghoshal have rendered the song. Salman Kahn is seen romancing his ladylove Daisy Shah in the film. The song, which was released on the eve of Salman Khan’s birthday, has been shot extensively in Romania.

TAKE A LOOK AT TERE NAINA:

Daisy Shah who is making a debut in the film looks cute and the pair looks likable. She looks stunning in the red chiffon sari that she dons as of the many costume changes that she has in the song. The girl has a confident screen presence but her chemistry with Salman is yet to be seen. One cannot predict anything in this song, also its too premature to cast an opinion in the same.

Jai Ho is the story of an upright common man who fights a solitary war against corruption and injustice. It is a remake of the Telugu film Stalin starring Chiranjeevi in the lead role. It is Salman Khan’s first major release after a year, so the expectations are too high with the film.

Jai Ho has been directed by Sohail Khan, which also stars Danny Denzongpa, Tabu, Sana Khan, Daisy Shah among others and is all set to hit the silver screen on January 24, 2014.

Here’s wishing Salman Khan a happy birthday in advance and we do hope that the film creates a huge Box-Office record.

Do let us know what Khan or Kumar according to you sounds the best while saying Tere Naina.
