Star Gold to air Himesh Reshammiya film festival

Mumbai: From stepping into the industry at the mere age of 16 as a producer, to composing title tracks for shows, to becoming a playback singer and now acting in movies, Himesh Reshammiya has done it all.
Saluting his contribution to the industry, Star Gold presents musical blockbusters by Reshammiya through the festival Vaah Himesh Bhai’ from 7 – 18 April. The festival will be aired from Monday – Friday at 8:30 pm.
Feathers to Reshammiya’s cap began in the year 1998 where in he made an entry into films after composing a chart buster for the movie, Pyaar Kiya to Darna Kya.
In 2005, Reshammiya tried his hand at singing in the movie Aashiq Banaya Aapne while in 2006, Reshammiya became the first Indian to perform at the Wembley Stadium in London and since then there has been no looking back for the versatile singer. Responsible for giving 28 hits in six months, Reshammiya also got applauded by BBC.
