Stars take to singing their own songs

MUMBAI: Amitabh Bachchan did it. So did his son, Abhishek. But it not just a family thing. There have been a host of stars including Sanjay Dutt who have sung for the silver screen. And keeping the trend going is Salman Khan who is going to sing a song in his forthcoming, Ravi Chopra’s Baabul.

That’s not all.

Kajol and Aamir Khan too are wielding the microphone to sing in their first ever-together Fanaa. While Aamir has sung before in his films like Ghulam, The Rising and Rang De Basanti, this will be a first for Kajol. The actress has actually recorded two songs– Mere Haath Mein and Chanda Chamke with singers like Sunidhi Chauhan, Sonu Nigam and Babul Supriyo!
