Mumbai: Producer-director Subhash Ghai has upped his stake in Mukta Arts yet again to 55%.
Ghai acquired 5000 equity shares of the company on 15 December where by his shareholding increased from 54.97 per cent to 54.99 per cent.
Earlier this month, Ghai had increased his shareholding in the company from 54.88 per cent to 54.92 per cent.
The company’s scrip closed on the Bombay Stock Exchange at Rs 53.
