MUMBAI: Director Joy Augustine, who last directed Paagalpan in 2001, is set to launch his forthcoming film, to be produced by Suniel Shetty’s Popcorn Entertainment.
Says Augustine, “My new film will introduce seven new faces, which include Ranjeet’s son Jeeva Bedi, Javed Jaffrey’s son Mizan and Sudesh Berry’s son Sooraj. We are holding workshops for these new actors. The film will mount the sets very soon.”
Augustine, who made Tere Mere Sapne for ABCL in 1996, is known to launch new faces in his films. He has launched the careers of Arshad Warsi, Chandrachur Singh, Priya Gill and Simran in Tere Mere Sapne and Karan Nath and Aarti Agarwal in Paagalpan.
