Mumbai: Tips Films’ next venture produced by Kumar Taurani starring Vivek Oberoi in the lead is currently on floors in South Africa Durban.
The film is yet to be titled. It is directed by debutant Kuki Gulati who has previously directed music videos for Tips. Cast opposite Vivek Oberoi are three NRI girls who will be debuting in the movie.
Sharing information on the movie with Businessofcinema.com, Tips Films’ managing director Kumar Taurani says, "The film went on floors in Durban on 15 July, on a two and a half month start to finish schedule. This is a stylized action film with many twists and turns."
This description definitely brings to mind Tips’ earlier production Race, but Taurani is quick to add, "This movie may sound and look a little similar to Race, but is not a thriller film like Race was and the action is also different."
For the film, Vivek Oberoi has undergone rigorous training in action, weight loss and gone through a change of look.
The film’s action stunts are choreographed by Alan Amin and music is composed by Sachin Gupta.
