MUMBAI: Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt’s Jannat 2 starring Emraan Hashmi and model Esha Gupta went on floors in Delhi on 7 october.
The first shot took place at 8:45 am. However, the evening shoot had to be canceled as a lot of people came to see Emraan when they came to know that the actor was shooting at a nearby location in Delhi.
Jannat 2 is directed by Kunal Deshmukh and is a sequel to the 2008 film Jannat.
The film is thematically similar to the prequel and is a story about a single man’s desire to make it big in life by any means. Jannat 2 will have illegal arms trading as its backdrop.
