Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan who is one of the big names in Hollywood will be soon seen in the much-awaited sci-fi thriller Jurassic World. And finally the first look of Irrfan Khan as Simon Masrani in the film has been revealed a recently released video that’s been doing its rounds in the social media. The actor is one of the few to have made a successful transition from Bollywood to Hollywood and maintain his performance.
The video sees Irrfan Khan and actress Bryce Dallas Howard looking at their new mutated dinosaur I-Rex. Discussing whether the dinosaur will scare the kids, Irrfan states that ‘it’ll be the parents’ nightmare’. The plot of the film features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, which is owned by the Masrani Global Corporation.
Irrfan Khan plays the role of the park’s CEO, Simon Masrani. The actor describes his role as a conflict between morality of science and human tendency to market it. The trailer of the film looks very promising.
Bryce Dallas Howard, Judy Greer, Chris Pratt, Ty Simpkins, Jake Johnson, Nick Robinson, Irrfan Khan, Vincent D’Onofrio, BD Wong, Omar Sy, Katie McGrath, Lauren Lapkus, Andy Buckley form the star cast. Colin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly have written the screenplay.Jurassic World has been directed by Colin Trevorrow and is produced by Frank Marshall, Patrick Crowley. The film is set to release on June 12.
Irrfan Khan is currently gearing up for his role in the film Inferno based on Dan Brown’s novel along side Tom Hanks and Felicity Jones. The actor was recently in Budapest where he attended the reading sessions and tried few costumes for his look in the film. Irrfan expressed his excitement to work with Tom Hanks calling him a warm person and Ron Howard as a fantastic director.
