Watch: Jackie Shroff Refused To Watch Sooraj Pancholi’s Hero At the Special Screening

Starring Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty, ‘Hero‘ which is the remake of Jackie Shroff’s super hit 1983 film of the same name, has released all over today on September 11, 2015. Directed by Nikhil Advani and produced by Salman Khan, the film marks the debut of Sooraj and Athiya.

Salman Khan who left no stone unturned during the promotions of the film had organized a special screening of the film for the Sooraj and Athiya’s family recently. Also the original ‘Hero’ Jackie Shroff was present but the actor did not chose to watch the film with everyone.

Well, Jackie Shroff refused to watch the film, as he wanted to watch the film by buying his own ticket like audiences. During the media interaction Sooraj Pancholi who was quite nervous and excited about the release of the film said, “I told Jackie sir, why aren’t you coming inside (for screening). He said, ‘bachcha, I’ve come only to give you blessings, I’ll watch the film in the theatre by spending my money’.”

Also Athiya Shetty who was awestruck with Jackie Shroff’s gesture said, “Jackie uncle had come during the screening to give his blessings which is big matter for us. I also felt really good that his picture with Sooraj recently came on Twitter, which is a special moment.”

Well, it’s very sweet of Jackie Shroff who feels proud of the new star kids and that he is also appreciating their talent along with the blessings.

The original ‘Hero‘, which starred Jackie Shroff, was a huge hit at the Box Office and now that Sooraj and Athiya’s remake ‘Hero‘ has released today, we wait to see what’s in their fate.
