Wife Shweta claimed that Pulkit got close to actress Yami Gautam while she was recuperating from a miscarriage, which raised another controversy between the couple.

As soon as Pulkit came across the news, he poured his heart out in an interview with a leading daily, saying that he was shocked to know that how such personal things of his life have come out in public.
The war of words between the estranged couple did not stop there as Shweta then spilled the beans and blamed actress Yami Gautam for being the “home-breaker”. Shweta, who is the rakhi-sister of Salman Khan, revealed that whatever happened between Pulkit and her was because of Yami.

At the recent launch event, Yami Gautam, who was the guest of the event, was asked about Shweta Rohira’s blame on her. Angry Yami Gautam reacted saying, “It is such a beautiful occasion, why do you have to ask disgusting questions. I am not here to reply to these questions. Please let us stick to the wedding show.”
Asked about her wedding plans, she added, “I will only talk about wedding collection. I am just happy to be a part of this event so that is it.”
Meanwhile, reports are doing rounds that Yami is pushing Pulkit to officially divorce Shweta Rohira to marry her.[/tps_footer]
