An Indian businessman, Ranjit Katyal, helped in evacuating 1,70,000 Indians, safely, back to their home country at the time of Iraq-Kuwait war. The trailer is intense, thrilling and heartbreaking to watch and the movie might turn out to be a good beginning of 2016 for Bollywood.
The lead actors Akshay and Nimrat are their promotional tour for the upcoming movie. The actors were snapped at the one of the promotional event yesterday January 15, 2016. Nimrat Kaur was snapped in a beautiful umbrella polka dress from Madison whereas Akshay Kumar wore a blue shirt and black trousers. Nimrat wore black pumps, The actors spoke about the movie at the press meet. They also posed for some cute pictures for the shutterbugs.
‘Airlift’ will hit the theatres on 22 January, 2016. ‘Airlift’ is one of Akshay Kumar’s many off-beat films such as ‘Special 26’,‘Baby’, and ‘Holiday’ which has not only been commercially successful but also garnered rave reviews and positive reactions from the audience.[/tps_footer]
