The actress at the event said, “I am so happy that it has eventually seen the light of the day. I have always constantly been asked how I maintain my body, how I lost my pregnancy weight and this is one way of answering all those questions in one shot.”
Sharing some wonderful talks about Big B, Shilpa Shetty at the event said, “Amitabh Bachchan had a great influence in my life, not only personally but even professionally, He just adds the touch of magic, I wait for him to call me on every birthday and he unfailingly remembers. I believe that he gives me a kind of luck, whenever he calls me.”

Talking about her book, Shilpa Shetty said, “I nag my husband, I nag my friends, I nag my family members to make that slight lifestyle modification in their daily routine. I hope I can that make small change in making everybody healthier. Unfortunately, we are not able to shift focus from weight loss to gaining health and that is what we want to achieve by releasing this book. “
Varun Dhawan who was the guest of Shilpa Shetty’s book launch event shared his thoughts on the diet. He said, “I have never held myself back when it came to food. I don’t believe in dieting. I eat bread, cheese, chicken…everything. I eat whatever I want to. I feel sometimes your body needs certain food and if you don’t eat that, you may later on put on more weight. Food is correlated with stress in some strange way.”
