MUMBAI: Two of Arjun Rampal’s films this year, ‘D-Day’ and ‘Satyagraha’ have hit a bull’s-eye at the box-office and his roles have been acclaimed. And the actor is positive about his roles ahead.
Arjun Rampal was present at the unveiling of a new collection of a leading shirt brand and candidly spoke about his films and his love for ‘Krrish 3’.
The actor said, “I really loved the trailer of Krrish 3, and I am looking forward to the film.” While Arjun isn’t a part of the film, the actor is quite upbeat and excited about the characters.
After all Arjun Rampal too had played a super-villain in ‘Ra.One’.
The actor supposedly had been approached to play Asaram Bapu in a film and Arjun Rampal wittily answered by saying, he wouldn’t be comfortable playing that kind of a role. Quite a bull’s eye answer, straight like a shot of the arrow!
Arjun Rampal also spoke about his keenness to watch his good friend, Irrfan Khan’s ‘The Lunchbox’. The film might not have made it to the Oscars, but Arjun Rampal said, “ As long as any film is going to the Oscars, we must whole-heartedly support it.”
That’s another shot of the arrow coming in from Arjun Rampal. The actor is happy taking a break from movies with three films this year ‘Inkaar’, ‘D-Day’ and ‘Satyagraha’ and believes that its time for other actors to hit the target.
Arjun Rampal’s next films in the pipeline are, ‘Familywala’, ‘Rock On 2’ and ‘Roy’, which will have a special appearance by Ranbir Kapoor.
For now it looks like Arjun Rampal is happy posing and riding high on his successes!
