[tps_footer]Actress Sonam Kapoor, the country’s most celebrated fashion icon looked every bit a vintage Hollywood dream as she sashayed down the red carpet in her first appearance at the 67th Cannes Film Festival.
Representing international brand L’Oreal, Sonam made a dramatic entrance as she sported a vintage , classic-cut voluminous black Elie Saab couture gown as she walked the red carpet for the screening of The Homesman.
Working her magic, Old Hollywood style, the actress was breath-taking as she donned a faux bob, Chopard jewels and pink hot lips to finish her look.
Elie Saab’s spokesperson said, “Sonam looked stunning and seemed to feel wonderful in her dress”.
Prior to Sonam , only Mallika and Freida have walked the ramp this year. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan missed her date with Cannes as her flight got delayed due to an air traffic controllers’ strike in France.
