The larger than life epic love story of Peshwa Bajirao and Mastani left the audience spellbound. Deepika and Ranveer entered the venue in a carriage like a royal couple. The actors looked nothing short of royal as they posed for pictures and shared a chemistry that was evident from their comfort level with each other.

Deepika Padukone was absolutely stunning in a black and beige Sabyasachi Mukherjee creation with cut-work sleeves and intricate beaded work. Deepika looked regal as she took a seat on stage. She rounded up her look with a braided updo and danglers. Ranveer came in as his usual energetic stylish self looking quirky and stylish. Priyanka Chopra went for traditional look through a video chat straight from her sets of ‘Quantico’.

Deepika and Priyanka got emotional after the trailer launch. Right after watching the trailer, Ranveer and Deepika rushed towards Sanjay Leela Bhansali to give him a tight hug. Both of them were emotionally overwhelmed by the grandeur of the movie. Priyanka gave Sanjay Leela Bhansali virtual hug. Both of them were teary eyed as they spoke about the overwhelming experience of ‘Bajirao Mastani’. Deepika said “I am overwhelmed. It is not a movie. It is an experience. I might breakdown. It’s an amazing feeling. We have given our sweat, blood, tears, passion and a lot of hard work”. Priyanka, with tears in her eyes, said “I am not there.I am missing being there. It is a story that needed to be told. I am thankful to Sanjay Leela Bhansali for giving me this opportunity. It is love story of Bajirao and Mastani and I am happy I got to be an instrument in it”. Even Ranveer couldn’t stop himself from expression his deepest love for director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He said “He is one of the finest filmmakers of Indian cinema. He is creatively brilliant. It is a special film. His passion inspires me”.

‘Bajirao Mastani’ trailer was very grand and opulent. The anticipated movie of the year narrates the love story of Maratha warrior Peshwa Bajirao played by Ranveer Singh and Mastani played by Deepika Padukone. Priyanka Chopra plays the character of Kashibai who was Bajirao’s first wife. It is directed By Sanjay Leela Bhansali and is scheduled to release on December 18 same day Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dilwale’.
