MUMBAI: Besides being the biggest star of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan has always shown an interest in different fields. He owns the team Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and recently spoke about wanting to own a team in the football league similar to the IPL too. And now, Shah Rukh Khan has bought a stake in Kidzania – a family-based fun and education company for kids.
The actor was present at the launch on Thursday.
Kidzania in Mumbai will be its 14th location in 14 years. Shah Rukh Khan had come across one when he had visited one with his entire family in Dubai on a holiday. Sincet hen, he always wanted to bring one to India. Now if Shah Rukh Khan wants something, how can anyone say no?
The fun-cum-education center has a life-sized city inbuilt for kids aged from 4-14 with roleplay of various occupations so that the kids can learn various skills and talents.
Shah Rukh Khan, himself, dressed up as a firefighter and demonstrated one of the roleplay with a few other kids.
The actor, dressed in a blue suit, stood out among the other black suits.
After celebrating the success of ‘Chennai Express’, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up to shoot Farah Khan’s ‘Happy New Year’ in October.
