[tps_footer]Bollywood’s heartthrob Shahid Kapoor celebrated his wife Mira Rajput Kapoor’s 22nd birthday yesterday. The ‘Haider’ actor left no stone unturned to make his wife Mira’s first birthday post marriage special yet memorable.
The actor, who is currently busy with his upcoming film releases, took a day off on Sunday to celebrate Mira’s birthday. The party rolled on from Sunday itself.
Shahid Kapoor who will be seen as wedding planner in his upcoming film ‘Shaandaar’, apparently also turned party planner in real life for his wife Mira. Reportedly, Shahid Kapoor personally decorated and supervised all the preparations. From balloons to streamers, Sasha made sure that he handpicks everything personally. Not just that he also made sure that her parents and close friends were part of her birthday party as she has been away from them since two months.

The ‘Shaandaar’ actor also showered many lovely gifts to make his baby wife special. The actor ordered a special strawberry laden chocolate cake with ‘Happy Birthday Mira’ written over it.
Reportedly, the party continued till the next day afternoon over lunch at a restaurant. The birthday girl was spotted with the entire family including her hubby Shahid Kapoor, Supriya Pathak and Pankaj Kupur.
Shahid Kapoor, who is currently judging dance reality show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded’, also took to his twitter handle to wish his lovely wife Mira. The handsome hunk tweeted with a adorable picture of him with Mira from their wedding album captioned as, “#happybirthdaywife”
Also director Vikas Bahl will throw post wedding bachelor party for Shahid Kapoor. Vikas has already asked their common friends to keep themselves free on Thursday and Friday. He will soon send them official invites for the party.
On the work front, the fresh pairing of Bollywood, Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have geared up for the promotions of their upcoming film ‘Shaandaar’. Shahid will also be seen with Alia Bhatt in his next film Udta Punjab. Not stopping with just two awaited films, Shahid has also bagged a lead role in Vishal Bhardwaj’s Rangoon; the actor will be teaming up with Saif Ali Khan and Kangana Ranaut in the film.
