The newly wedded couple Sagarika Ghatge and Zaheer Khan hosted a party last night for close friends and family members
Cricketer Zaheer Khan and Bollywood actress Sagarika Ghatge tied the knot on November 23. They opted for a court marriage followed by a cocktail, Mehendi and grand reception ceremony. The much in love couple hosted a dancing night yesterday attended by Bollywood and cricket fraternity.
While Sagarika chose to wear a light blue Anita Dongre elegant lehenga, Zaheer sported a blue kurta and later changed it to blue suave suit for the occasion. Also spotted at their wedding party were cricketers Sachin Tendulkar with wife Anjali and Yuvraj Singh with wife Hazel Keech.
Most of the Indian cricketers couldn’t be a part of the ceremony as they are currently playing India Vs Sri Lanka test match in Nagpur.
Also seen were Angad Bedi, Sagarika’s friend and co-star Vidya Malwade from Chak De! India and few others from the film industry. Actor Ashish Chowdhry delighted the fans by posting such adorable and fun pictures from the party last night.
Talking about Sagarika’s work front, she debuted in Bollywood in 2007 film Chak De India! starring Shah Rukh Khan. She has also featured in films like Rush and Irada. Sagarika Ghatge has also featured in Marathi film Premachi Goshta and Punjabi film Dildariyaan.
The new bride will be seen soon in her upcoming project, which is a bilingual film called Haadsa.
