John Abraham, who will next be seen in director Shoojit Sircar’s ‘Madras Cafe’, was invited as the chief guest at the awards event. He was the sole Bollywood representative for the evening.

The actor was seen mingling with many of the TV stars. Building a good rapport with them could always come in use. It won’t be long before we see John Abraham on television while promoting his forthcoming film ‘Madras Cafe’.

We still have to see John Abraham hosting a television show like his Bollywood counterparts such as Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and Salman Khan. Will this exposure to the workings of television provide the impetus?

Meanwhile, John Abraham had a busy weekend. Along with this foray into the world of television, the actor also dipped his toes into the world of art when he attended an exhibition by famous artist Krishnamachari Bose.

We have to wait and watch now if John Abraham sticks to his guns on the big screen or ventures ahead into the small screen.
