KOLKATA: This weekend brought with it more rains, as Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha promoted their upcoming release ‘Lootera’ in the City of Joy aka Kolkata.

Ranveer and Sonakshi were the epitome of heart-stealers i.e. ‘Lootera’ as they promoted their film with gusto. Ranveer chose a blue striped shirt (which he unbuttoned to his navel, to show off his, ahem, cleavage), jeans and a bolero hat, while his beautiful co-star Sonakshi kept it real in all-black. Perhaps that was the reason she was looking more svelte and skinny than usual!

‘Lootera’ is a period film, set in the early 1900’s, and a lot of effort has gone into recreating the look and feel of that era. Right from the actors’ costumes, to the sets and art design, everything has a very vintage feel in the film’s promos.
