[tps_footer]On a balmy Summer evening, a host of Bollywood celebrities congregated at the Eros theatre in downtown Mumbai, for the glitzy premiere of Hollywood flick Son Of God.
The standout star seen the premiere was none other than funny man Johnny Lever. Johnny has acted in over hundred Hindi films, the most noteworthy of them being Govinda starrers in the 1990’s, like Dulhe Raja, Yes Boss, Baazigar, Karan Arjun, Aunty No. 1, etc.
The talented comedian, known as India’s Charlie Chaplin, was spotted at the screening with his wife. Also seen at the Son Of God premiere was MP Milind Deora, theatre person Dolly Thakore, and a host of other Bollywood celebs.
Son Of God is an action-adventure film, which tells the story about Jesus’ life. Directed by Christoph Spencer, the film stars Diogo Morgado in the lead role, essaying the role of Jesus. The film released in America on February 28, 2014, and will hit local screens this weekend.
