Neil Nitin Mukesh Says No To Elephant Joyrides In The New PETA Campaign

Neil Nitin Mukesh has always been known as an animal lover, he is known by all his friends and family to be strictly against animal cruelty and other social evils. Whenever he gets an opportunity, he uses his time to promote the ill doings of society and how they affect our lives.

Recently, we caught Neil in an Ad shoot at the Mehboob Studios for the brand new PETA India campaign. He was seen wearing a plain white tee with blue faded denims and boots holding a banner which quoted-“Say No To Elephant Rides”. Neil’s hairstyling was done by Amit Parekh and make-up credit goes to Wasim Shaikh Ahmed. The campaign shoot was organized by PETA and shot by ace photographer Rohan Shrestha.

After the shoot in an interview we caught hold of Neil who spoke about his shoot and told the media, “It’s paradoxical that on one hand, we revere Lord Ganesha, and on the other hand, we ride on elephants – for which their minds are caged, bodies are tormented and souls are imprisoned. You can help put a stop to this insensitive crime by refusing to ride on elephants.”

On work front, Neil Nitin Mukesh will be seen playing a pivotal role in Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Wazir. The actor will essay a negative role in the film. In Wazir, we’ll get to see Amitabh Bachchan playing the character of a paralysed chess grandmaster. The film also stars Farhan Akhtar. This is the first time Farhan will be seen playing the role of an ATS cop and sharing screen space with Amitabh Bachchan. Actress Aditi Rao Hydari plays the female lead in the film.

Currently, Neil is busy with the shooting of the most awaited movie, “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo”.
