Alia Bhatt is balancing the game between offbeat and commercial cinema with some middle of the road stories thrown in as well.
“The way I look at it, the very genre of commercial or art film is not really required. My aim is to do a good film. If I would like to see a film offered to me as an audience, I do it. If I fit into a role and I can get out of it with certain maturity, I do it. For me, commercial film is the one which is loved and in this aspect, each of my films, right from Student Of The Year and now Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania is commercial.”
