Shah Rukh Khan’s close spot boy Subhash Dada died due to a prolonged illness last week, the deceased was trustworthy personnel of SRK from last 25 years. According to reports Subhash Dada was suffering from cancer since a long time and breathed his last while he was being taken to the hospital for the treatment.

It is said that Subhash Dada was like family to the Khans. Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan and son Aryan were also spotted at his funeral; the two attended the whole funeral. The funeral took place at Khar Danda crematorium. Also actor Nikhil Dwivedi attended his funeral.  However Shah Rukh couldn’t make it as he is currently in Bulgaria shooting for his film Dilwale, the actor couldn’t make it to the city in such a short notice and therefore was not present. If reports are to be believed then SRK viewed the whole funeral live through his phone in Bulgaria via video call. Actor SRK has several times been heard sharing that he cannot do without people who work for him, with a 25 year long association we wonder how Shah Rukh might be feeling.

The prayer meet was held in order to pay respects to Subhash Dada, and it was attended by Shah Rukh’s wife Gauri Khan, filmmaker Farah Khan and directors Abbas-Mustan.  Our condolences to his family and friends may his soul rest in peace.
